Illustration and Design

In the summer of 2022 while working for the Greenville County Soil and Water Conservation District, I designed and painted a storm drain mural in Trailblazer Park to help raise awareness about pollution from stormwater runoff.

The rainfall simulator is a teaching tool that demonstrates the permeability of different surfaces. It is meant to teach children about infiltration, and how impermeable surfaces lead to increased runoff and stormwater pollution

While working for the Greenville County Soil and Water Conservation District, I also designed and made  various educational and outreach materials including handouts and social media posts. One of my largest projects was the Greenville Growing Guide, which I illustrated and redesigned.

Inspired by carved cameo necklaces, this piece is meant to evoke a sense of yearning and melancholy.

I started with a digital illustration, which I then transferred to linoleum and carved by hand.

This print is meant to be a more fun and whimsical illustration of a giant sea-octopus trying to make friends!

For this print I started with a sketch on paper, then created a digital illustration- which I transferred to linoleum and carved by hand.

I love drawing and painting landscape and environment studies!

I use a variety of mediums, but most often will draw and paint either digitally, or with watercolor, gouache, and ink.

Swampspiracy

There's somethin' in the swamp...

Granny and Jimbob have lived their whole lives in the Swamps.

But there's somethin' weird goin on, and Jimbob is gettin' fed up with Granny runnin' off in the middle of the night!

This was another group project focused on concept art and character and story design.

The Swamp...
